Returns and Refunds

 

Change of Mind

You can contact our support team via email at contact@brazilianshaper.com within 1 hour if you want to change the size or variants of compression garments before we process your order.

For machinery, please ensure that the machine, specifications, voltage requirements, and intended use are suitable before placing your order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases

Returns

Please note, due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing after the packaging has been opened or unopened. We ask that you double-check your measurements to ensure the garment size is correct.

Our compression garments and foam boards are worn against the skin and over surgical sites, so to ensure high hygiene standards, we do not accept returns 

If your machine arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning correctly, you must notify us within:
- 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage
- 7 days of delivery for manufacturing faults

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Training fees or consultation services
- Digital products or downloadable materials
- Hygiene-related accessories
- Open consumables

Please include in your email:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Description of the fault or damage

We may require troubleshooting before approving a return or replacement.

Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,

Refunds

If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable


Warranty

Our machines include a limited warranty of 1 month, covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:
- Improper use
- Negligence
- Water damage
- Incorrect voltage usage
- Unauthorised repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused during improper transport after delivery

Warranty claims may require inspection by our technical team.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures as provided by law.
