You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Brazilian Shaper store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders confirmed as delivered by the courier and reported lost or stolen.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we
ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox. 

All orders after payment confirmation will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with the title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to be delivered due to 'insufficient address', unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter. 

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take a few days to update depending on the product, so please be patient.

We are a small business however we work with a logistic partner around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.
